Canadians are experiencing online delivery delays and errors this Holiday Season

Our DIG360 – Leger survey of 1,540 Canadians found that 41% of those buying online Black Friday deals experienced delays or errors in their orders.  We expect this to impact confidence of some shoppers through December, who will turn to stores earlier in the December lead up to ensure gifts are given in time.  How will this carry into 2019 as online demand increases with limited shippers capacity.
