Canadian Retail leaders and their global peers were rocked the past week by the ripple effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic. They will be jarred again and again before this is complete. But there is a terrific opportunity to ride the wave more and fight it less. Progressive retailers will work and learn in new ways, with new thinking – inside their businesses, with partners. Yes, even with competitors.
The current and future COVID-19 world is rife with uncertainty at crazy tempo. The following is a musing on the road ahead for retail. It has been updated once since yesterday so keep checking in. This a longer post, but am told a fast read. We at DIG360 hope it sparks some internal discussion. We too are having our own discussions about our business – within our Team, with collaborators…and with competitors.
